  1. It is important to always be motivated. You may need several of these per day.

  2. I totally agree that the idea of women empowerment is already long overdue and this fight should have happened years ago. Seeing a lot of articles recognizing the achievements of the female gender really makes me glad, but I also hope that other women who still feel inferior will take this as a form of encouragement. It might be a good idea if they have their own executive coach who can help them progress in their chosen field.
