  2. Guys, are you aware of the fact that Almonds have less fat, less acid, and more calcium than any other nut. They are a perfect source of protein for a pregnant woman. I survived on them through my 1st and 2nd pregnancies. Don’t worry about fat, people. Young, developing brains need a lot of fat to grow healthy and strong. All people’s brains need fat. Natural, none trans fats are excellent for our health in many ways. So don’t forgot to add almonds to your diet
